Working Student (m/f/d) for User Awareness Training (15-20 hours/week, remote & onsite)

Description

We're seeking a motivated working student (m/f/d) to join our team in supporting our user awareness training programs here at C&A. This role is pivotal in analyzing the outcomes of previous training sessions, contributing to the development of innovative phishing simulation templates, and driving the effectiveness of our cybersecurity education initiatives.

• Collaborate with the CISO to assess and interpret the results from past user awareness training sessions.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of phishing simulation templates to enhance our training efficacy.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training materials and methods based on the latest trends and feedback.

• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data and feedback.
• Creative thinker with an eye for detail, especially in content creation and problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• A background in technical fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
• We are also open to candidates from interdisciplinary areas, such as psychology, education, communication, or any field that contributes to understanding human behavior and learning processes.
• Strong English skills are needed, German would be advantageous
